Terms of Use

SignalDeck is run by Groove Protocol. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use SignalDeck. Questions: info@grooveprotocol.com.

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account manages one artist page. You must be at least 16 years old.

You keep all rights to what you add: your name, bio, photos, links and releases. You allow us to show it on SignalDeck and in link previews for as long as your page is published. Only add material you have the right to use.

Some pages were created from public release information before the artist joined. The artist can take over, correct or remove such a page at any time.

Only take over the page of the artist you are, or represent with their permission. Invite links are personal; do not pass them on. We may reverse a takeover that was not made by the artist or their representative, and close accounts that pretend to be someone else.

Booking requests go from the sender to the artist through SignalDeck. We do not take part in any agreement between promoters and artists and are not responsible for it.

Do not use SignalDeck to send spam, to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt or probe the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

SignalDeck is free while we launch. We work to keep it available and correct, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using SignalDeck at any time and ask us to delete your account at info@grooveprotocol.com. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Croatian law.
